PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION: “MODERN CHINESE WOMEN” 38 female portraits by contemporary Chinese photographers are exhibited in Greece for the first time.
Come face-to-face with the many and interesting aspects of the modern Chinese woman, thanks to this photography exhibition organised by the China Photographers Association in collaboration with My Odyssey and Hellas Group.

The exhibition includes 38 colour female portraits by members of the oldest and largest national association of professional Chinese photographers. Apart from promoting artistic values and beauty, the exhibition’s main goal is to introduce visitors to present-day China. In each of the exhibited photographs we can see their creators’ interest in highlighting the relationship between tradition and the past on the one hand, and contemporary life on the other. Through these images, women —young or old, farmers, artists or scientists— become ambassadresses of Chinese culture to the West.
