The sophisticated traveller will greatly appreciate a more relaxed pace.

The island is welcoming all year round thanks to its southerly location. A most clement weather warm and sunny, with an average temperature of 15c, makes it an ideal destination for exploring the local flora and fauna and dramatic landscape, including the volcano, its impressive caldera and picturesque cliffside villages interconnected by winding hiking paths, either on foot or by a more traditional mode of transport, on donkey back.

Enjoy the island’s multitude of museums and archaeological sites almost entirely to yourself, as well as unobstructed views of the glorious scenery. Visitors can immerse themselves in the more ‘local’ atmosphere, exploring quaint villages and the island’s unique local produce. Try your hand on a fishing excursion, visit the old tomato factory, or one of the many wineries for a wine tasting at the old canaves (cellars) and learn the secrets of the famous Santorinian wines.

Excellent paintings with unique style and beautiful colors

Dimitris Koliousis, has painted icons for the most important church in Santorini, Panagia Episkopi in Mesa Gonia, exhibits his work and also creates its unique paintings in a very atmospheric workshop.

The estate provides a plethora of on-site amenities to entertain guests throughout the wintertime; an extensive library of movies, books and board games for all the family, a beautiful spa features heated marble floors, a hammam/steam room, an “emotional shower” and a treatment list of massages and relaxing therapies. The elaborate with the best local and international lables wine cellar is the perfect sanctuary to the wine connoiseurs
