Overlooking the Old Port of Spetses, the 1802 building that used to house the Port Authority has the most enviable view on the island: its elevated terrace, once the place where captains counted their vessels and merchants weighed their goods, in now home to Orloff, a Greek restaurant that has been offering sublime Greek cuisine since 1991. The menu is filled by typically Greek, mouthwatering mezedes, or small plates of cheese, salads and cooked delicacies that can be shared among friends and better enjoyed with wine or other spirits.
